As an organization that is working to put an end to live shipments altogether and won't stop at improved conditions or a reduction in the scale of shipments, we are very active at the parliamentary level. We are in regular contact with several members of Knesset (MKs) from the ruling coalition parties as well as the opposition. We are involved in many of the proposed bills, providing MKs who seek our help with advice and information. We are regularly invited to the various Knesset committees and represent the fight against live shipments using multimedia and all the data we have accumulated exclusively over the years.

Among other efforts, we meet with members of parliament from exporting countries, such as an intensive day of meetings with representatives of most of the Portuguese parliamentary parties, who were horrified by the sight of animals shipped out of their country and on their way to Israel.

We are very active in the field in our quest for one single item of legislation: a complete halt to live shipments to Israel.
